We’re in-network with several major insurance plans and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. A Good Faith Estimate is provided before care begins, as required by the No Surprises Act. Cost should never be the reason you don’t reach out — ask us about sliding-scale spots.

Using insurance

We’re in-network with several major plans. When we are, you’ll typically pay only your copay or coinsurance. We’ll help you understand your benefits before your first session so there are no surprises.

Out-of-network

If we’re out-of-network for your plan, we provide a superbill — a receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network therapy.

Sliding scale

We hold a limited number of reduced-fee spots ($80–$130) for those for whom standard fees are a barrier. There’s no documentation drama — just ask on your consult.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a written estimate of expected costs before care begins. Read about your Good Faith Estimate →

Fees shown are illustrative starting points for this template and vary by clinician, session length, and service. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before care begins, as required by the No Surprises Act. Sliding-scale availability is limited.
