Grief & Loss
For loss of every kind — a person, a relationship, a future you expected — a place to carry it without being rushed.

For anyone moving through grief, loss, or major change.
You might recognize…
- Grief that comes in waves
- Feeling stuck or “behind” in healing
- Loss others don’t fully see
- Guilt, anger, or numbness alongside sadness
- Not knowing who you are after a loss
None of this is a diagnosis — just some of what people notice. You don’t need to tick every box to reach out.
What the work can look like
- Room for grief on its own timeline
- No “stages” you’re supposed to hit
- Holding love and loss together
- Honoring what — and who — mattered
- Finding a way to carry it forward
Common questions
Fit is the most important thing in therapy, and it’s hard to know from a website. That’s exactly why we begin with a free 15-minute consultation — a low-stakes way to get a feel for the person before you commit. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly help you find someone who is.
Most people start with weekly 50-minute sessions and shift to biweekly as things steady. There’s no fixed number of sessions you have to commit to — therapy is collaborative, and we’ll regularly check in about how it’s going. You can pause or stop at any time.
