Relationship Patterns

For the ways we keep ending up in the same place — attachment, boundaries, and the stories we bring to the people we love.

Relationship Patterns

For individuals working on relationships, dating, or attachment.

You might recognize…

  • Patterns that repeat across relationships
  • Struggling to set or hold boundaries
  • Anxious or avoidant in closeness
  • Losing yourself in relationships
  • Wanting healthier connection

None of this is a diagnosis — just some of what people notice. You don’t need to tick every box to reach out.

What the work can look like

  • Mapping your relational patterns
  • Understanding your attachment style
  • Building boundaries that hold
  • Working with the parts that protect you
  • Practicing connection that feels safe

Common questions

  • Fit is the most important thing in therapy, and it’s hard to know from a website. That’s exactly why we begin with a free 15-minute consultation — a low-stakes way to get a feel for the person before you commit. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly help you find someone who is.

  • Most people start with weekly 50-minute sessions and shift to biweekly as things steady. There’s no fixed number of sessions you have to commit to — therapy is collaborative, and we’ll regularly check in about how it’s going. You can pause or stop at any time.
