Life Transitions
For the in-between — a move, a career shift, parenthood, divorce, an empty nest — and the question of who you’re becoming.

For adults in the middle of meaningful change.
You might recognize…
- A change that’s harder than expected
- Feeling unmoored or “between selves”
- A decision you keep circling
- Identity shifting under your feet
- Wanting to choose, not just react
None of this is a diagnosis — just some of what people notice. You don’t need to tick every box to reach out.
What the work can look like
- Naming what’s actually changing
- Holding uncertainty with less fear
- Reconnecting to your own values
- Making decisions from steadier ground
- Building the next chapter on purpose
Common questions
Fit is the most important thing in therapy, and it’s hard to know from a website. That’s exactly why we begin with a free 15-minute consultation — a low-stakes way to get a feel for the person before you commit. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly help you find someone who is.
Most people start with weekly 50-minute sessions and shift to biweekly as things steady. There’s no fixed number of sessions you have to commit to — therapy is collaborative, and we’ll regularly check in about how it’s going. You can pause or stop at any time.
