Stress & Burnout
For when you’re running on empty — the exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix, and the slow erosion of caring about it all.

For adults stretched thin by work, caregiving, or both.
You might recognize…
- Tired in a way rest doesn’t touch
- Cynical or detached from work you cared about
- Saying yes when you mean no
- Body keeping the score — headaches, tension
- No room left for yourself
None of this is a diagnosis — just some of what people notice. You don’t need to tick every box to reach out.
What the work can look like
- Understanding burnout’s real causes
- Rebuilding boundaries and capacity
- Reconnecting to what restores you
- Working with guilt around rest
- Sustainable change, not another push
Common questions
Fit is the most important thing in therapy, and it’s hard to know from a website. That’s exactly why we begin with a free 15-minute consultation — a low-stakes way to get a feel for the person before you commit. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly help you find someone who is.
Most people start with weekly 50-minute sessions and shift to biweekly as things steady. There’s no fixed number of sessions you have to commit to — therapy is collaborative, and we’ll regularly check in about how it’s going. You can pause or stop at any time.
